What we found was a very good selection of equipment, and some outstanding prices. Frank was able to answer all of our questions, and was able to demonstrate how to use each of the pieces of equipment that we looked at. There were no high-pressure tactics, and allowed us as much time as we needed to look at or try out any of the equipment.
